Projects

Short case studies: the problem, what I did, and the result — for hiring managers and partners.

VEI

Flagship

Challenge

Newcomers and staff waste hours on the same process questions. Language, documents, and commune rules get in the way every day. After a promising Link AI prototype with UDI interest, the product needed an independent home as VEI.

Approach

Unified the work into VEI (“path”): Link AI chat, VAI Scan (camera for goods/receipts/signs/letters), Translate feeding Språk (faster Norwegian learning), and Kommune navigation. Built a Scan prototype on neural APIs, assembled the frontend architecture, prepared pitch materials for communes and a grant path.

Result

Working Scan prototype and multi-module frontend; clear product vision across Link, Scan, Translate, Språk, and Kommune; municipal outreach underway; prep toward Innovation Norway / SkatteFUNN / related instruments.

jasushi.pl

Sold / exited

Challenge

Arrive in a new country with no food background and limited money — still need a profitable, sellable business.

Approach

Shared-kitchen model: rent existing restaurant kitchen time instead of heavy fit-out. Standardise ops, grow delivery demand, pack franchise materials, and run investor talks while keeping options open.

Result

City #1 sushi delivery in Mielec. Investor interest secured; chose independence over losing control; sold as a profitable working asset that funded the next chapter.
