About

I did not spend my whole life in a quiet office. My path goes through physical work, sales floors, small businesses, moving countries, and building AI tools.

Biography

I grew up in Donetsk region, Ukraine. After school I chose entrepreneurship and finished a fast Management & Marketing program in Donetsk.

My base is 10+ years of B2B sales and hard talks — including work as a sales representative at Mars. That taught me distribution, leading people, and a simple rule: anyone can sketch a product, but sales still decide who wins. A product without sales is dead code on a server.

In a local crisis I worked underground in a coal mine. That discipline stayed. Through a meeting with an engineer I joined Foxnet — a regional Wi‑Fi provider when wireless broadband was new. I went from field technician and support to hiring, leading, and shipping tech. There I also built my first simple support site for clients.

With almost no starting money I learned to launch real businesses: wooden flower boxes for shops, microgreens for restaurants, wheatgrass online, and the OLY flower shops across Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions. Later that business was packed and sold remotely as a working asset.

In 2022 the full-scale war pushed me to Poland. I spent four months as a painter in furniture production to learn the market and language from the inside, then ran a small repairs firm before launching jasushi.pl in Mielec. With no food background it became the city’s #1 delivery — we rented kitchen time instead of building a restaurant. In parallel I helped small companies remotely with sites, marketing, and processes. I prepared franchise materials, got investor interest, then chose independence — sold the profitable business and moved on.

In 2026 I moved to Norway. Starting Norwegian from zero, I saw how newcomers and staff burn hours on the same process questions — and shipped a two-week AI assistant on WordPress + Microsoft AI. I showed it to reception leadership and UDI. Interest was high; I then turned the work into an independent product: VEI. Today I live in Trondheim — building, learning Norwegian, and open to the right collaboration.

Mission

Business only for its own sake burns people out. Tech matters when it helps people and frees time — for health, life balance, useful work, and freedom.

01 · Health

A pace you can keep. Tools should cut chaos, not add another noisy screen.

02 · Life balance

Work choices should leave room for a sustainable life — private details stay off this site.

03 · Career & impact

Product and AI work that moves real organisations — private companies and teams near the public sector.

04 · Finance as freedom

Business models and lean ops that create options — not chasing empty vanity numbers.

05 · Keep learning

Languages, markets, and tools change. Learning in public is part of the job.

In Norway now: help people navigate the state and settle in with language and practical digital tools — and contribute as a Product Owner / AI person inside Norwegian teams.

The path

Entrepreneurship is not fewer mistakes — it is more conscious trials. Each step was a living system: people, money, process, and technology.

Step 1 · Foxnet Wi‑Fi ISP

Foxnet: wireless broadband on Ubiquiti. From cable runs and support tickets to hiring, planning, and running infra for thousands of subscribers.

Step 2 · OLY retail

Flower shops with very lean ops — growth with roughly one warehouse and two staff at the core. Paused by war.

Step 3 · jasushi.pl

Food delivery from zero in Mielec. Shared kitchens, staffing ideas, franchise pack, investor talks, then a clean exit.

Step 4 · TAPPY, NovaEstate & AXISO

IoT/NFC product pack (TAPPY), a full digital stack for a Polish real-estate agency (NovaEstate), and custom WordPress / AXISO systems for small companies — same operating logic for physical and digital businesses.

Current · VEI in Norway

Independent AI tools after the Link AI chapter. Architecture, Scan prototype, talks with communes, and grant path — while open to the right team partnership in Trondheim.

Life outside the portfolio

JIG.FISH is a personal fishing hobby on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram — a way to learn Norwegian culture and how audiences work, not a commercial product line on this site.
